1 CLE credit hour
Fernando Bermudez spent 18 years in prison for a 1992 murder he didn't commit. In 2009, a judge overturned his conviction. University of Utah S.J. Quinney college of Law Professor Daniel Medwed began working on Bermudez's behalf in 2001 when he was a professor at Brooklyn Law School. On September 29, Bermudez visited the College of Law and spoke about his experiences in "An Inside Look at Wrongful Convictions."
